A traditional Tibetan meditation practice to calm, clarify and free the mind from distractions. It serves to cultivate inner peace, stability and clarity.
The stupa embodies the mind of the Buddha, the path to enlightenment and the five elements (earth, water, fire, air, space).
The practical path to the cessation of suffering: right view, intention, speech, action, livelihood, effort, mindfulness and concentration.
Shenyen Lama Jampa
Shenyen Lama Jampa is Tibetan, originally from Yangpachen, the seat of the Shamarpas in Tibet, where he completed a traditional three-year retreat in 1994. He has been living and teaching in the USA for many years, based at the Bodhi Path Centre in Menlo Park.
Lama Jampa deeply touches people with his kind and loving manner, rooted in the Dharma and a great inspiration for everyone.
The teachings will be given in Tibetan with translation provided.
